The mental health of professional footballers will be put under the spotlight, at an event held by Norwich City Fans Social Club.
Former Canary Cedric Anselin will be joined by Darren Eadie and North Norfolk MP Norman Lamb to talk about his own battles with depression.
Cedric is now a mental health ambassador for Norfolk and hopes sharing his story will encourage others to seek help and take up the services on offer to manage their conditions and stay well.
The social club has also invited mental health professionals and charities to be part of the night, on September 21. Entry is free for this event in the Top of the Terrace, Carrow Road, from 7.30pm. But there will be an opportunity to make a donation on the night to mental health charities.
