A main road into Sea Palling remains closed this morning due to flooding.
Stalham Road is closed both ways at the Hickling Road junction.
Elsewhere, there are delays on the A47 Acle Straight between Acle and Great Yarmouth because of a broken down bus. Police have been on scene directing traffic.
Emergency services, including three fire crews, were called to the Acle Straight at 5.45am this morning after a lorry was involved in a collision between Halvergate Turning and Great Yarmouth. Norfolk police said the road will have to close later today to recover the vehicle.
There have been reports of minor bumps on icy roads in Great Yarmouth, and a number of pavements being dangerously slippy.
More light snow showers are forecast for the area today with temperatures around -3C to 0C.
