Tiffany Tyler, who was born and raised in Great Yarmouth, revealed her collection of glitzy dresses and playful jumpsuits this week at Pure London, a huge trade show where designers show off their creations to buyers from fashion houses, from independent boutiques to large high street chains.

And during the three day event at London’s Olympia her sparkly outfits - launched under the label Tiffany Boo - drew the attention of cast members from two popular reality TV shows and also secured her some orders.

The 26 year old said: “Everything has been absolutely hectic but an absolute dream come true.

“It went even better than I could have expected. I had a piece on the catwalk and off the back of that I had a lot of people come to my stand.

“A couple of celebs from The Only Way Is Essex and Geordie Shore were really interested in some of the dresses, which is amazing.

“I had lots of positive feedback and a few orders as well.”

Tiffany, a former Great Yarmouth High School student, said she always wanted to have her own clothing line and had been designing outfits “for as long as I can remember”, but was not sure how to go about it.

After landing a job with a menswear label, however she was able to get an insight into the design and production of clothes and while pregnant with her son she under took a business degree with the Open University, and then set about starting up on her own.

The mum of one original planned to launch Tiffany Boo in April but decided to bring her deadline forward to coincide with Pure. And although the deadline was tight - with some pieces finished just two days before the show - the hard work paid off.

Tiffany, a former Miss Norwich, added: “I’m completely overwhelmed that it’s my own clothing range I’m talking about and not somebody elses.”

All of Tiffany’s designs are made in the UK and each piece is named after her friends, with names including Sadie Sparkle, Gina Prom and Kate V.

She says her designs are aimed at “independent, ambitious, glamorous girls” that make the wearer feel like “a million dollars”.

Although currently based in Cardiff and looking to move closer to London where her clothes are made, Tiffany said she will always have a close bond to her home town and is now working to get her collection into local stores, including Match Clothing in King Street.

She added: “It’s really important for me to try and get in to some places at home, and I’d love my friends to go into our local shop and say ‘that’s Tiff’s stuff’.”
