A fundraising gig is being held in Norwich for a mother-of-two who is battling cancer.
The ‘Stand Up For Amy’ event is being held to raise money for Amy Innes, of Earlham, and her family and will feature three local bands.
Following her diagnosis in December a Go Fund Me page was set up for the 34-year-old and her family with more than £16,000 being raised so far.
Amy and her now husband Gareth Innes also had their dream wedding earlier this month at Lenwade House thanks to people donating their time and products for free.

Now Amy’s cousin Sally has organised a concert to raise enough more money for Amy, Gareth and her two daughters Tian and Lexie.
She said: “I know people have been so generous already but we just want to raise as much money as possible for the family,” she said. “All the money will go to the family and it is really for the two girls as they deserve the world.”
The gig, which is being held at Top of the Terrace at Carrow Road on March 24, will feature music from How’s The J Mann, The Roosters and Terry Adams Trio and a raffle will also be held.
Amy had been experiencing severe shoulder pain and dislocations for months before her diagnosis and was told to have physiotherapy while she continued to work as the manager at the Muddy Cup in the city, the café which her mother owns. It turned out to be the tumour pushing on her nerves.

The cancer had spread from her lungs and she had to endure a 10-hour operation to remove part of the tumour which had crushed three of her vertebraE in her spine. The surgeons also inserted two metal rods along her spine to support her spinal cord. She now has limited mobility and she is having radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment.
• Tickets cost £8 for adults and £5 for u16s. Tickets can be purchased from The Muddy Cup Cafe at Distillery Square or via sally.rose4@BTinternet.com and email@example.com.
