One fire crew from Earlham attended the scene at Bow Hill at about 7.15am and offered advice.

Police also attended the scene.

A Norfolk police spokesman said the road was about 1.5ft deep in water due to flooding from a nearby sluice gate.

The spokesman said nobody was trapped in the vehicle.
