Children and teenagers will be able to experience life as a rock star at a live music session.
The Trinity on Tour Rock and Pop experience is taking place at OPEN on Norwich’s Bank Plain this afternoon.
It will allow more than 200 students aged 6-16 to learn new songs on a range of instruments.
These include the keyboard, guitar, bass and drums.
The students will learn songs by top artists ranging from Adele, David Bowie and AC/DC to Taylor Swift and Daft Punk.
Trinity on Tour is aimed at introducing children to learning a musical instrument.
It coincides with the newly-launched Rock and Pop 2018 graded exam syllabus by Trinity College London.
Toby Davies, who heads Trinity College London’s rock and pop division, said: “Musical education has so many benefits for children. It enhances aptitude in other areas of development and is linked to concentration, creativity, self-expression, language, cultural awareness, team work and mental health.”
