Police in West Norfolk have released the photograph of a man they want to speak to following a series of heating oil thefts.

Five heating oil tanks were targeted in the North Runcton area during this month.

Officers want to speak to 29-year-old Matthew Clark, also known as Matthew Choppen, of Birchwood Street in King’s Lynn.
