Trophies and awards are set to be handed out at a carnival presentation evening.
An evening to celebrate this year’s Cromer Carnival and to present trophies and awards to the winners of this year’s carnival events, takes place at The Cottage in Cromer on Wednesday, September 19 in Cromer at 7.30pm.
The event, which will be hosted by Cromer Voluntary Entertainments Organisation, will bring together many of the people who organise the carnival as well as those who took part in many of the 130 events that formed the 2012 Carnival.
From Carnival darts to the children’s fancy dress competition and the bonny baby competition to best dressed Waiter there will be a whole host of competitions celebrated and awards given.
Chairman Tony Shipp said: “Overall it has been another very successful carnival. Bucket collections and gates were slightly down on last year, but those attending were certainly in a celebratory mood”.
