Criminal damage incident involving taxi prompts police appeal

Police are appealing for information after an incident of criminal damage to a taxi in Norwich.

At around 12.50am on Saturday, July 5 a taxi driver was taking a passenger around the Barn Road roundabout in Norwich, towards St Crispins Road, when offenders threw objects at the vehicle, shattering the rear side window.

The offenders were part of a group, described as two men and a woman, and they left the scene in the direction of St Crispins Road.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or who may have information that could help this inquiry.
