A man walking a cocker-spaniel exposed himself to a woman in Defiant Road, Norwich police have said.
The dog-walker, described as white and aged between 28 and 30-years-old, spoke to the woman as he passed her at around 11.10pm on Monday, July 7.
When she turned to look back, he exposed himself to her.
Anyone with information should call PC Dave Kell at Norfolk police on 101 or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
