Crash on A47 near Thickthorn

Motorists faced long delays this morning after a crash between and lorry and a car blocked one lane of the A47.

It happened at 7.30am in the Great Yarmouth bound carriageway.

Fire crews from Earlham, Carrow and Sprowston attended to make the scene safe.

The inside lane reopened at 8.55am.
