Police in Norwich have issued a CCTV image of three people they want to speak to following the theft of a sign on Elm Hill.

The theft took place between 4pm on Friday, March 7 and 8am on Saturday, March 8 when a Norwich fleamarket banner was removed from railings.

Officers want to speak to the two males and one female pictured as they may be able to assist this investigation.
