Two Norfolk law firms are joining forces in a further sign of the changing legal market,.
Cole & Co, which is based in Tombland and has around 15 staff is to become part of Leathes Prior Solicitors.
Formed in 1981, Cole & Co will bring its convenancing and private client expertise into the business, while its clients will now have access to a wider range of services from corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, family, and employment.
Leathes Prior will continue to operate from its three Norwich offices, while the Cole & Co’s Tombland office will house the conveyancing team. Leathes Prior’s office in Tombland will remain its commercial and corporate office and all other teams will operate from its Cathedral Close premises.
