An East Anglian law firm has assisted a Norfolk organisation which helps adults and children with a disability to improve their fitness secure a new gym.
Allowing children and adults with a disability to participate in active sport, Able2B is a Norwich-based community interest company run by Rachel Hutchinson and Jon Thaxton.
Now, following pro-bono legal advice from Birketts, Able2B have been able to move into a new gym in Gilchrist Close, Norwich. The group hopes the new premises will help it reach a wider audience and expand its services.
Dr Hutchinson said: 'We are grateful to Birketts and the Norfolk Pro-Help Group for their support. Their assistance ensures that we can continue to run classes to allow anyone, whatever their disability, to push back the boundaries of their disability.'
Chris Coupland, a partner in Birketts' Norwich office said: 'I'm delighted that our help has allowed Able2B to move to a new site.'
