Burglars stole 11 items, including five laptops and a set of car keys, after smashing their way into a house through a ground floor front window.

Norfolk police say three digital cameras and two wallets containing cash and cards were also taken from an address in Newmarket Road, close to the Mount Pleasant junction, in Norwich.

It is believed the suspect or suspects carried out the raid at some point between 1.30pm and 4.30pm yesterday.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area around the times stated is urged to contact Detective Sergeant Dave Freeman at Norwich CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
