Burglars broke into a home in the north of Norwich yesterday and escaped with £800.
The break-in happened between 11.20am and 1.10pm when suspects broke into the home in Silver Road after forcing open a conservatory door.
Offenders then searched the home before being disturbed by a neighbour.
The man challenged the burglars who claimed to be carrying out work at the property, before running out of the house heading towards Sprowston Road and making off with about £800 in cash.
