Broken down bus causes rush hour delays in Norwich city centre

Drivers in Norwich city centre have been advised to avoid Bracondale, because a broken down bus is causing jams.
The bus, which was heading into the city, is blocking one of the lanes.
It has led to lengthy queues and Norfolk County Council took to social media website Twitter at 4.30pm to urge motorists to avoid the area if possible.
