The biker, in his 40s from the North Walsham area, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where he is still receiving treatment.

A blue Vauxhall Astra was travelling along Hospital Lane when, near the junction with Kevill Drive, it was in collision with the black KTM 990 motorcycle heading in the opposite direction. Police are now appealing for witnesses to the “serious” crash, which happened at around 2.30pm on Saturday. Call police on 101.
