Army cadets Elle Atkins and Reuben Griffith-Thompson of the Aylsham detachment recently took part in a parachute course at the Joint Services Parachute Centre in Wiltshire.

At the end of the week the cadets qualified for their static line badges and certificates.

On the final day county cadet commandant Colonel David Hedges and a group of parents came to watch the jumps and see the badges awarded to the 24 participates.

The organisation hopes to repeat the venture again next year.
