A man is in hospital with a suspected broken leg after a crash in Caister Road, Great Yarmouth today.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance landed in the road, near to the Lawn Avenue junction, after emergency services were called at 11.02am.
It is understood the man, aged in his late teens, had been riding a push bike.
He was transported to the James Paget University Hospital (JPH) in Gorleston by land ambulance.
An ambulance service spokesman said air ambulance crew travelled in the land ambulance to continue treatment, administering strong pain relief.
The incident caused tailbacks, with Caister Road closed in both directions while the air ambulance was on scene.
The road is now open again.
