Here’s a photo that puts the “oh” into Cromer.
The aerial view of the town during carnival week was taken by the Wildcats aerobatics team.
A trio of planes from the Old Buckenham-based team fizzed around the skies over the resort during Tuesday’s family day.
This picture was taken from pilot David Jenkins’ plane was it drew smoke trails in the skies.
Carnival comes to a close today after a busy week of events, with the children’s talent competition decided this afternoon, before the traditional mad-cap fancy dress finale.
A sell-out 750-strong is expected at the marquee tonight, but no before a lot of them have turned heads as they also call into town pubs on the way.
Local, friendly, rivalry between Cromer and Sheringham carnivals saw a victory for Sheringham last night.
The winners of each town carnival’s tug of war competitions - the Dunstable Arms from Sheringham, and Wellington from Cromer - went head to head for the honour of having the first name on a new trophy.
During Sheringham’s carnival earlier in the month there was 2-0 triumph for the home team - who then repeated the scoreline at Cromer, giving them a whitewash aggregate triumph.
