Norfolk-based Angling Direct has reeled in record UK sales of £77.4m during the last year after continued growth.
Starting as just a single tackle shop in Wroxham, in 1986, the retailer has become Britain's largest fishing tackle retailer with a 7.6pc increase in store sales from last year.
UK and European online sales also saw a bump, up 11.1pc to £32.9m and 36.3pc to £4.3m respectively.
That contributed to profit before tax more than doubling from 700,000 to £1.5m, in the 12 months ending January 31, 2024.
Overall revenue for the company, which has its head office at Rackheath Industrial Estate, increased by 10.2pc to £81.7m.
