A city centre beer bar has opened its doors to punters and is excited to see what the future holds after its grand opening was followed by a busy weekend.
Business partners Toby Westgarth and Dominic Burke unveiled plans last October for the new bar at 42 King Street, called Bier Draak.
The duo, who also own Sir Toby's Beers at the market, say they've had a "great" opening weekend.
Co-owner Dominic said: "It was a great weekend - I think it went really well and we're both very happy with how things have gone so far.
"Saturday night we had our crowd funder event, with supporters, family and friends which was a good first test for us.

"We then opened up early for the Norwich game on Sunday and we had people in before and after the game.
"There was also a steady stream of customers stopping by throughout the day, so it went very well."
The venue had 13 beers and lagers on tap, offering continental beverages including Belgian beer Westmalle Dubbel Trappist Ale, German lager Hofbrau and its own Belgian-style house cherry beer, Dragon Juice.

"There's still a fair bit to sort out but it's really exciting," added Dominic.
"It's such a great little space and it feels like I've come full circle - as I used to make cocktails here when it was the 42 King Street bar - to now be back with my own business.
"We could not be more thankful for everyone who stopped by and supported us."
As well as previously being a cocktail bar, between 2011 and 2019, it was previously Cafe Du Commerce and, before that, Femi's restaurant.
