A 90s pop star and actress has been cast in a new musical coming to Norwich this summer.
Faye Tozer will play Cruella de Vil in 101 Dalmatians The Musical as it heads out on a tour of the UK and Ireland in June.
The show will stop off at Norwich Theatre Royal from July 9-13, with the full cast soon to be announced.
Best known for being a member of the pop band Steps, who had number-one hits such as Tragedy and Stomp, Faye then turned her hand to the West End with musical theatre credits including 42nd Street, Singin’ in The Rain and Everybody's Talking About Jamie.

Tozer said: “I’m going into my wicked era with this dream role - it really doesn’t get much better than Cruella de Vil.
"When they offered me the part, I just jumped at the chance.
"I love that it’s something people probably don’t expect me to do and can’t wait to create my own version of her for this incredible new musical.”
The new musical version of Dodie Smith’s classic book 101 Dalmatians is written by Douglas Hodge and Johnny McKnight, from a stage adaptation by Zinnie Harris.
REVIEW: The Syndicate hits the jackpot at Norwich Theatre Royal
When fashionista Cruella de Vil plots to steal all the Dalmatian puppies in town to create a fabulous new fur coat, there’s trouble ahead for Pongo and Perdi and their litter of puppies.
The musical is brought to life with puppetry, choreography, songs and, of course, puppies.
