A Norwich restaurant that recently reopened under new ownership is introducing afternoon tea, with everything made in-house.

Mother-and-son team Joanna and Sebastian Taylor have been at the helm of The Last in St Georges Street since March this year, with Mortimer Fraser appointed the head chef.

The menu has both British and French influences, with Sunday lunches also available, and from May 16 they will be offering afternoon tea.

It includes finger sandwiches, savoury vol au vents, sweet and savoury scones, cakes and pastries and unlimited tea, with a choice of 14 different blends, for £35pp.

From May 2, The Last will also welcome jazz musicians on the first Thursday of each month.
