The weather might have been a bit hit and miss but it did not stop families - and even the Bishop of Norwich - from taking a trip to woods near a village church to enjoy the bluebells.
People dodged the rain to attend St Peter's Church in Spixworth which threw open its doors to allow people an opportunity to view the spectacular bluebells that have sprung so far this spring.
The Bishop of Norwich, the Rt Reverend Graham Usher, was one of those who made the trip on Sunday, before a deanery service he attended at Horsham St Faith Church later the same evening.
Sheelah Cook, churchwarden of the Buxton Road church, said: "It's not been great weather-wise to us today but people have still come.
"The bluebells are looking fantastic."

It is thought the event has helped raise between £300 and £400 towards St Peter's Church and Horsham St Faith church.
