A city takeaway has recovered from a one-star food hygiene rating that temporarily closed the business earlier this year.
The Norwich branch of Pizza Go Go, in Wensum Street, has earned four stars following a re-inspection by Norwich City Council on March 21.
The takeaway was handed its one-star rating in February after the discovery of "rodent droppings" and "gnaw marks on packaging" in its cellar.
A spokesman for the company subsequently confirmed that they had decided to "temporarily halt trading" at the site while the issues were dealt with.
Pizza Go Go scored top marks for its food hygiene and safety, as well as structure and cleaning, only missing out on the full five marks due to the inspector's confidence in the management while they work to establish a "good track record".

A spokesman for Pizza Go Go, which has shops across the country, said: "We're delighted to announce that our Norwich branch has achieved a four-star food hygiene rating, thanks to collaborative efforts with the council.
"We truly appreciate the dedication of councils in upholding the Food Standards Agency scheme.
"Our swift improvements reflect our commitment to maintaining high standards.
"We extend our sincere thanks to our valued customers for their continued support."
