A man has been arrested for drug possession and indecent exposure following a crash in Norwich.
Police were called to the incident involving two vehicles in Chartwell Road at 11am today.
A grey car and a white van collided near the roundabout.

The driver of the van fled the scene on foot.
A man in his 20s was later arrested in Gertrude Road on suspicion of failing to stop at the scene of a crash, possession of cannabis and indecent exposure.
One ambulance and two rapid response vehicles were sent to the scene.
A woman and two children were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with minor injuries.
The arrested male driver was also taken to the same hospital for treatment.
