A man was taken to hospital after an incident that prompted a large police presence and gridlocked traffic in the city centre.
Police and ambulances were seen in Prince of Wales Road on Friday evening during rush hour after a man in his 60s fell off his bike.
Officers were first spotted at the incident outside Barcadia just before 6pm.
Three police units were seen attending the incident causing the road to be partially blocked.

Heavy traffic built up in the area as well as backing onto neighbouring Bank Plain and Upper King Street.
An East of England Ambulance Service Trust spokesman said one ambulance and an advanced paramedic vehicle were sent to the scene to treat the injured cyclist.
The spokesman said: "One man was transported to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further assessment and care."
