A web platform for young people aged 11-24 has been launched in Norfolk and Waveney by the team of Just One Norfolk.
Dubbed the FYI website, the interactive online portal provides self-care information to aid youth in navigating various life issues.
Endorsed by NHS professionals and designed with community input, the resource addresses key topics like emotional and mental wellbeing, relationships, and education.
Created over an 18-month period, the project was developed in collaboration with more than 200 young participants, engaging with schools, community groups and individual teenagers.

They said: “The website is a great resource for young people.
"It’s the go-to website for overall help and advice on health and wellbeing.
"It’s easy to use, just like an app. Everything is in one place, and it’s a trusted resource where young people can find more information on bullying, exam stress, anxiety, and health.
