After only three months, Mousehold View Care Home has become the best-rated and reviewed care home in Norwich and Norfolk.
The care home, located at the former Start-rite warehouse in Mousehold Lane, opened in October 2023 and has experienced a surge in demand since its opening.
Home manager, Nigel Reeve, said: “This is a truly unprecedented achievement.

Mousehold View offers residential care, dementia care, and respite stays.
They've claimed the top spot on carehome.co.uk, a review platform for care home experiences.
The home has been praised for its quality of care, staff, furnishings, hospitality, and life enrichment, scoring a perfect 10 across all these areas.
