There were delays of up to 45 minutes on a major road near Norwich.
There was queueing traffic on the northbound A146 Loddon Road in Trowse Newston as part of the road was blocked at around 8am.
This was due to a two-vehicle crash.
Police, fire and ambulance services attended the scene.
The road is now clear.
