A row over anti-social parking near a popular city pub continues to rumble on as frustrations grow over a lack of action from Wetherspoon.
Folk living near The Whiffler, on the Hellesdon side of Boundary Road, have been angered by customers parking on surrounding streets - despite concerns being raised more than five months ago.
It is understood people living nearby have been asking councillors to push national chain Wetherspoon to commit to a resolution.
Lacey Douglass, who represents the area at Broadland District Council, has been contacted by several frustrated locals and organised a meeting with Wetherspoon last summer.
"The parking issues have continued," Ms Douglass said.
"We unfortunately do not have an update we can share with residents, but we are continuing to work with all parties involved to find a solution."
The Whiffler sacrificed more than 20 of its car parking spaces for greater outdoor seating provision during the pandemic.
But the pub then decided to make this change permanent - a move locals say has shunted parking elsewhere as its custom has returned to normal levels.

Some have even complained about being "trapped" in their homes by inconsiderate patrons.
It is understood that converting land to the rear of the pub into additional parking and the potential addition of double yellow lines were proposed at the crunch meeting between Wetherspoons and locals last year.
But a spokesman for the pub chain remained tight-lipped about any concrete ideas - instead confirming "a number of options" were being discussed internally.

“Wetherspoon met local residents in August last year to discuss parking problems in the vicinity of the pub," they added.
"We are reviewing a number of options for additional parking at the pub which we hope to finalise shortly.
"Once we have done so, we will organise another meeting to consider with our neighbours."
In response, Ms Douglass said she was "pleased things are still moving forward", adding: "I look forward to setting a date for this meeting in due course."
