The city's welcoming spirit and diversity have been celebrated with the unveiling of two paintings.
The artworks were revealed in the council chamber of City Hall to mark the end of Black History Month after being created by Norfolk-based Jamaican artist Danny Keen.
His oil painting of former Lord Mayor of Norwich, Kevin Maguire, also features the daughters of well-known musician Anna Mudeka standing under a rainbow, Carly and Evie Gorton.
Cllr Maguire said: “Danny represents what Norwich is now and will be in the future.”
Norfolk and Norwich Black History Month chair Eunice Kokrasset added “this beautiful fine city has become a tapestry”.

Danny's portrait of Warrant Officer Johnson Beharry VC, a West Indian soldier who won the Victoria Cross for heroism in Iraq, was also unveiled.
It was presented to Norfolk-based former Chief of the General Staff of the British Army, General The Lord Dannatt on Tuesday.
The current Lord Mayor of Norwich, Cllr James Wright, said the portraits were “a fantastic way to show how culturally diverse the city has become”.
