Harvey Lane to be closed for a week for resurfacing

Harvey Lane in Norwich is to be closed for a week from today as Norfolk County Council carries out resurfacing work.
The roadworks will extend from the junction with Eden Close northwards to Lime Tree Avenue and during the works the road will be closed to all through traffic.
A fully signed diversion via Yarmouth Road, Ring Road, St Williams Way and Heartsease Lane will be in place for the duration of the works.
Access to businesses and properties within the limits of the works will be maintained from one end of the closure during the works which will cost £105,000.
Other roadworks in Norwich and Norfolk this week
• Newmarket Road, Norwich: There will be a lane closure from Unthank Road to Daniels Road until March 10 as Norfolk County Council remodel a cycleway.
• Castleacre Road, Swaffham: Temporary traffic lights will be in place at the A47 slip-road until January 20 to enable resurfacing on the slip-road.
• A149 at King’s Lynn: On January 12 and January 13 there will be a lane closure on the approach to the roundabout as Norfolk County Council carry out engineering work.
• A148 at Holt: The road will be closed at the junction with Hempstead Road to the junction with Old Cromer Road until March 3 as a new roundabout for a proposed for housing development is installed.
