With Norwich City due to take on Liverpool on Saturday, we’ve delved into our archives to find some photos from previous clashes between the two clubs.
Norwich City played at the last-ever match in front of the old Kop in April 1994 – and won 1-0, with Jeremy Goss scoring the winner.
But City have only won at Anfield on a handful of occasions over the years; Terry Alcock scored a hat-trick against Liverpool in January 1962, but City still lost 4-5.
Players who have played for both clubs include Doug Livermore, Dave Fairclough and David Hodgson.
Our first photos are from a Division One match played on December 15, 1973. City drew 1-1 but were relegated at the end of the season.
The second match dates from February 9, 1980, with Norwich losing 5-3, and the third match is from February 22, 1992, when City won 3-0.

Did Liverpool wear white in 1973 to gain an advantage by hiding in the snow? God knows what SirAlex would have made of that if they'd tried it against ManUre?
