Alfred Prasad’s 10 years at the Tamarind restaurant have seen it award one Michelin star, along with a number of accolades including several ‘Indian Restaurant of the Year’ titles.

Prasad joined the restaurant as sous chef, and rose to the position of Executive Chef within a year. Alfred trained in Madras, and then at the ITC Maurya Sheraton in Delhi. Working with his South Indian upbringing, Prasad developed a love of seafood.
