We celebrate what is best about living in Norfolk's capital city, about it's people and it's places with a lively and vibrant mix that reflects Norwich itself.

The paper was founded in 1882 as the Evening News but was later renamed to the Eastern Evening News, returning to our original name in 1991.

It's a heritage we're proud of, but we're equally proud of our future as we bring you the Evening News online and on mobile.
