Tosh.Perfection and the ideal doesn't exist. I practice free thinking and science. However for anyone to take notice what I conclude has to be relevant and have a consensus. What the oil paid whingers have has neither. 2% of  climate scientists is a micro minority paid to say what Thatchers sidekick pays them to say.So they whinge noones listening and cry foul like the scientists hired by the tobacco industry in the 1970/1980s. Free to justify continuing killing and maiming, without the ethics.

That 3 years ago. I was reading sceptic critiques by Bellamy and Jones in 2003; since then they have changed their mights to the reality.

David Bellamy changed views ? Uhhhhhhh don't think so Bluebottle, once the pride of the beeb, until they took the global clap trap!. now banished because he is a free thinker.
David Attenborough only changed his view last year, after realising he would not get any more slots on the beeb .

Perhaps he has! Perhaps we should rename this post Bell Mad? So can you explain this?

http://www.p-a-in.co.uk/david%20bellamy.htm

Why  Bellemy is anti incinerator on a CO2 global warming ticket?

Another free thinking maverik George Monbiot saw Dave off in 2004, the details of the exchange very interesting. Dave isn't a climate scientist, just a butterfly collector.

Perhaps he's changed his mind again? Bellemy was using oil company sponsored bodies/research to support most of his views

Dave cares about the environment and like myself knows we have pollution problems with burning crap,it is in opinion of myself that See's Government global warming claptrap and the building of incinerators to be farcical and one big con.Green taxes = BIG CON. Private companies don't want to spend bucks investing in the new technologies to deal with crap. Its that simple Bluebottle.

Re: This country is mad (bin-mad)

Actually Dave boy was given the BBC boot not just due to his anti MMGH frauds, but because he was over the hill, self publicising and 90% nutty.

Dave B approaches waste issues as a Zero Waster. The first sensible thing you've said in months, indeed burners are a complete PFI public debt con! Cheapest solution are grappling recycle and composting back to farmland/markets are big Dave actively promotes, when he's not making a mint for verbosturous lecturing.

Re: This country is mad (bin-mad)

As I remember littering always carried a £50 fine historically. ie Irresponsibly folk littering streets /environment. Problem was since 1979 Thatchers government cut the police and local government so these offenses couldn't be enforced and folks though, throw a bag here and no come backs. Remembering back to the 1970's my folks always put their rubbish in the dustbin and never dumped sideway. Problem is modern throwaway wasteful culture, and worst cases like Sarah Holmes coming into to conflict with new waste/litter rules; and coming a cropper.

Sarah Holmes was daft as a doorknob. Knowing you can't put out side waste, more than in her 240lbin allowance, what does she do? She litters the street with side waste. Doh! Bag littering the streets in effect, encouraging rats and foxes like madtosh is always ranting on about. She should have taken them down the dump or asked for a 360l bigger family bin. I wonder how she produced 7 extra bags worth than most people; or another way of looking at it, how much in those 7 bags that she could have recycled in her probably empty recycle bin

The problem is the law is washy water weak on air pistols/bb guns. Basically firing a weapon of these types at others should carry a custodial sentence. The problem isn't fines for side waste street littering; its weak laws/ punishments for air pistols/BBguns.
