It’s time for a huge change in our legal system and action one should be to eliminate Magistrates from the court process entirely. These ‘unqualified’ authoritarian (often Tory) dictators whom poor these misery down on the lower classes just for being less fortunate; are solely responsible for prison overcrowding. They are not qualified for the role and the have little or no real life experience. They are over privileged, autocratic, capitalist toffs who believe only in division.

Can I assume from this that you have just attended magistrates court and things didn`t go your way?

In all honesty I agree with you, thats why I wouldn`t mind being a JP myself. I`m not from a previledged background, had to work bloody hard for the little I`ve got and face a constant struggle just to be less well thought of each day. I think I have good qualifications to be a good JP.
