Financial boost from Cup could help squad plans
It is vitally important that we beat Charlton tomorrow and reach the FA Cup fourth round - and not just for footballing reasons. Of course we want to get through to the next stage of the world's greatest domestic knockout competition and to give our 3,000 fans a day to enjoy at The Valley.

Christmas should be for families and not football
We have the festive run of games coming up, but whether it's Christmas, Easter or New Year or not, every game is important, and it has nothing to do with our league position, it's how I see football.

I believe Lee told truth over Huddersfield affair
Lee Clark and I have always had a great relationship and that will not change now he has left Norwich City to become Huddersfield Town manager.
Lee leaving was always going to happen.

Salaries are far too high in the Championship
One club chairman talked this week about the Championship game being in "meltdown" - and that is not an exaggeration at all. There are plenty of Championship clubs in that situation because of the financial crisis.

Important we keep ahead of strugglers
We missed a massive opportunity on Tuesday night to put some more ground between us and the bottom three clubs in the Championship table and to start looking upwards.

Youngsters still have a lot to learn
To have a crowd of more than 7,000 at Carrow Road on Tuesday night for a reserve game, even though it was against Arsenal, was tremendous.
I was told we would get that sort of gate but seeing is believing, and the support was absolutely magnificent.

Fozzy's fighting spirit will see him through
We could have done without Darel Russell's three-match suspension, which starts with tomorrow's home game against Swansea, but it provides an opportunity for someone else to stake their claim in midfield.

No excuses, we’ve got to do better
I am a great believer in the principle that if you can do something once or twice, you should be able to do it 10, 20 or 30 times. That is why the lack of consistency in our play this season is frustrating, hugely disappointing and so difficult to explain.

One year on – and I’m still positive
Yesterday marked my one year anniversary taking charge of Norwich City, and it has been an eventful year to say the least. We were in a hopeless position this time last year, a position from which most teams do not survive, but we did and we deserved to.

We're starting to see what Lita's got
Leroy Lita showed us exactly what he is all about with his hat-trick in our 5-2 win against Wolves at Carrow Road on Tuesday night.
I think our fans took to him in a big way.

Top teams bring out the best in Canaries
Our last trip to Bristol City in March was a harrowing day. On the face of it, it was as good an away performance as we produced last season, perhaps the best in terms of outplaying a team on their own ground.

Ten out of ten – but we are far from perfect
I feel last week's game against Derby County probably summed up our season so far. We would have been really disappointed with even a 1-1 draw, but for half an hour after the game everyone was a little bit in shock at the fact that we lost.

I hope Lita can strike a light under our forwards
I have been asked what Leroy Lita's arrival on loan from Reading means for the rest of the strikers in our first team squad and the answer really is quite simple - I want to see a reaction.
