Norwich City's new chairman has promised there will no wasted money as the club bids to fight its way out of League One. Alan Bowkett, who retired this week from his role as chairman of national homes construction firm Redrow - a company worth an estimated £1bn - was one of three new directors appointed by the Canaries yesterday.
