Legal action over unitary decision
A Norfolk Council has today issued legal proceedings against the Boundary Committee for failing to consult properly on plans for a unitary authority. Breckland Council has accused the Committee of not addressing any issues of affordability when it published its draft proposals in July 2008 for the reorganisation of local government in Norfolk and Suffolk.
