A Norwich man hopes to be reunited with a dear old friend when she huffs and puffs her way back into the county on Thursday.
Just days before the official launch of this year's Norfolk and Norwich Festival, artistic director and chief executive Jonathan Holloway is up to his eye balls making last minute touches to what promises to be a super-packed programme.
