A Taste of Norfolk

I often crave foods from Norfolk since I’ve been living here. One morning I even woke in a cold sweat having dreamt about the taste of the hog roast baps - with lashings of apple sauce, crackling and stuffing - that you can find from that little stall on the market. I also miss the local samphire at summer time and the cockles, fresh sea bass, skate and lemon sole from the fish stalls. Living in the Caribbean you’d think fresh fish would be aplenty but it’s a small island here and not really any local fishermen. So how does a Norwich girl accustomed to the finest fish and chips from Blakney survive?...
