More than 10,000 women and girls pulled on their running shoes to raise money for Cancer Research UK on Saturday and Sunday.

Aviva to sponsor Canaries

Why I am one to blow my own trumpet
A Taverham trumpeter who worked alongside the likes of Morecambe and Wise is having his 80th birthday marked by a special concert.
Peter Almond has been a member of Taverham Band for 34 years, but played the trumpet ever since he joined the Royal Air Force in 1946.
