40 miles to give birth

A woman has told how she had to travel 40 miles to give birth after being turned away from the maternity unit at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Louise Somner, 36, was one of four women who had to travel across the county to give birth last month because the over-stretched unit was full.
