Norwich City Hall revamp (2)

This fly-through enters City Hall through a proposed new entrance at street level in St Giles Street. Inside it shows the main ground floor office space, although without furniture and planting, before arriving at the rear of the Council Chamber decorated by its three exisiting figures of "Recreation, Wisdom and Education".
