Dion:
The twilight years
After his prolific goal scoring
record in the Premiership, Dion Dublin was
35 when he was released by Aston Villa on
a free transfer to Leicester City in 2004.
Despite his age he went on to perform important
roles both on and off the pitch at Leicester,
Celtic and back at Carrow Road, where his
career started 20 years ago.

Worthy tells how he signed Dion
Nigel Worthington's first
encounter with Dion Dublin was a painful
one - but it fuelled his admiration for
a player he brought to Norwich City 15 years
later. Worthington was in the Sheffield
Wednesday side which suffered an FA Cup
fifth round hammering at the hands of Dublin
and his colleagues back in 1991.
