A Norfolk library has celebrated 70 years of lending with an afternoon tea party. Plumstead Road Library opened its doors in 1938, when classic reads such as Daphne du Maurier's Rebecca, Biggles Goes To War by WE Johns and Graham Greene's Brighton Rock were hot off the press.
